(About Me)
Since the age of 5 Maurice has been a creative being drawing and painting things that fascinate him. By the age of 8, his parents in rolled him into "The Super Saturday Arts Program" at City College High School in Baltimore MD. There, meet his mentor and friend Larry Poncho Brown. Whom would take Maurice under his wing and gave him a firm foundation for all things creative. Later in Maurice's development, he enrolled into Carver Center for Art & Technology High School. Here he was exposed to live figure drawing and painting. Learning the classical techniques of the traditional art world such as finding the ish in still life painting. In August of 2000 he continued his education at the Maryland Institute College of Art for even more refinement of his technical skills. Here he met a friend for life TT the artist. Living in a modern technology world Maurice's creativity grow into a passion for digital art and visual communication. After college, he developed moesartdesign.com with the help of his parents Maurice & Dora Bradford. At Moe's Art & Design he began to travel from state to state at art trade-shows selling his paintings. He began to take on graphic design and photo editing clients. Majority of his clients are from the greater Baltimore area, and working with them to bring their visions too life is extremely rewarding to say the least. He feels accomplished and fulled engaging the community in this manor. He and his brother, Marcus "Max Milli" Bradford would take business to the next level and formed DMVjams.com. Art runs in the family his brother became an amazing photographer well known a loved throughout the city. DMV Jams was an artist co-op with the intensions to unify the DMV community through music and the arts. Here is where Maurice's passion for branding and marketing would take off like a rocket-ship. In 2013 DMV jams reached its height of website traffic in the USA of 30,000 ranking. Globally reaching a height of 60,000 according Alexa.com. Maurice expanded his knowledge in with a crash course in social media marketing, search engine optimization and some simple html coding. Fortunately, this would take him on a path to continuous improvement and self learning development. Thus is evolution into becoming a visual communication specialist.
